Remove entire roof, re pitch with new timbers to engineer’s design and re use existing tiles with the addition of new handmade tiles to match.

Dismantle external stone walls on the roadside as well as in the courtyard down to where they were structurally sound and rebuild using salvaged stone with addition of new handmade bricks using lime mortar. Re-hang stable doors on the court yard side and re place guttering.
